GENERAL INFORMATION

• TOURNAMENT: July 14-15, 2018 in Richland, WA.
• PLAYER REGISTRATION CLOSES: July 8, 2018
• WEST COAST AUTO DEALERS SLAM SPECIAL: $100 (June 1 - June 10)
• REGISTRATION team fee: $140 (June 11 - July 1)
• LATE REGISTRATION* team fee: $165 (July 2 - July 8)
  *no t-shirt or play is guaranteed with late registration. Teams will be notified by July 10.
• PLAYER CHANGE FEE: $10 through July 6th; $20 July 7-14.
• LOCAL PLAYERS CHECK-IN: July 13, 5-8pm at the Richland Red Lion Hotel.
• OUT-OF-TOWN PLAYERS CHECK-IN: July 14, 6:30-8am at the Richland Red Lion Hotel.
• PROOF OF AGE ‘and/or grade level is not required at check-in. However, in case of a game dispute, you will be required to produce valid identification. Photo ID available at: http://www.dol.wa.gov/driverslicense/gettingidcard.html.
• REFUND POLICY: There will be no refunds of team registration fees.
• Each See3Slam team must have a minimum of three or a maximum of four members.
• Only the designated Team Captain can submit a Player Change/Add Form.
• ALL PLAYER CHANGES MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO 8:00 A.M. SATURDAY, JULY 14, 2018. Player changes/additions fitting the team profile will be accepted at the Score tent in John Dam Plaza.
