2026 Important Notice

Player shirts are NOT included with registration this year.

Champion shirts will still be awarded to division winners! The savings from player shirts now directly funds 200+ gifts of sight, an annual diaper supply for 1,000+ mothers and babies, and recovery services for families in need. Your willingness to give up a tournament shirt may put a shirt on someone else's back.

Step by Step

How to Register

  1. Form Your Team

    Recruit 3–4 players. Teams must have a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 4 members.

  2. Choose Your Division

    Select from Standard (Recreational), Competitive (Elite), Youth, High School, or Over-35 divisions.

  3. Complete Online Registration

    Online registration opens June 1st and closes June 30th.

  4. Pay Your Team Fee

    Submit payment online. Early Bird ($133) is available June 1–3 only — act fast!

  5. Check In at the Event and Parking

    Local Players Check in Friday, 5-8p on July 10th, at the John Dam Plaza stage at corner of Knight and Jadwin. Out of Town players check in Saturday, 6:30a-8am, July 11th at Score Central in the park near Center Court. PARKING ONLY allowed behind Federal Bldg or corner of Lee and Jadwin. Towing strictly enforced.

Key Details

  • Registration closes: June 30, 2026 @ midnight
  • Player Change Fee: $10 through June 30th; $20 through July 9th
  • Player change deadline: 11:59pm, Thursday July 9th
  • Player changes NOT accepted at tournament check-in
  • Only the Team Captain may submit a Player Change/Add Form
  • Proof of Height required for all Under 6 Ft division players before first game
  • Proof of Age/Grade not required at check-in, but have valid ID available for disputes
  • No refunds on team registration fees
  • Teams: minimum 3 players, maximum 4 players
  • All teams will be asked to wrist up a team Representative and sign Agreement at check in.
